Mstar is committed to your privacy. This Mstar Privacy Policy applies to data collected by Mstar through the majority of its Web site and service protocol. It does not apply to any other sites, services and products that do not display or link to this statement or that have their own privacy statements.
Personal Information
In order to access some Mstar services, including those where customers can manage their account, customers will be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password.
Within this site there are some locations where Mstar asks you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home address or telephone number. Mstar may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. If you choose to make a purchase or sign up for a paid subscription service, Mstar will ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address, which is used to create your billing account.
While you visit Mstar’s site, the company’s analytics software may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with Mstar’s site. Except as described in this statement, Mstar will not disclose your personal information outside of the company except with the specific network you wherein you are being serviced (iProvo or UTOPIA) without your consent.
Some Mstar services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both Mstar and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded services.
Mstar reserves the right to access and/or disclose your personal information if Mstar believes such action is necessary to:
1. Comply with the law or legal process served on Mstar;
2. Protect and defend the rights or property of Mstar (including the enforcement of our agreements); or
3. Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Mstar services or members of the public.
Do not share your private information with anyone. If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.
